Course:
Each race will start on the hockey field adjacent to the stadium track. The course terrain is fairly flat and fast primarily over mowed grass and mulch. Spikes and racing flats will be appropriate.

Day of Event Schedule:
7:00 – 8:20 AM Course open for warm-up and walk thrus. We encourage everyone (all the teams) to walk the course before the first race otherwise; it will be close for safety reasons.
8:15 am Coaches Meeting
8:30 am: 5-6A Girls Varsity 5k
9:00 am : 5-6A Boys Varsity 5k
9:30 am: 1-4A Girls Varsity 2 miles
10:00 am: 1-4A Boys Varsity 5k
10:30 am: JV Girls 2 miles
11:00 am: JV Boys Varsity 5k

Parking & Spectator Info:

NOTE – Allow extra time for travel and parking due to high traffic volume. Plan on arriving early to the meet.

NOTE - For those parking on the high school campus, please be aware that there may be significant delays when exiting as the race course crosses the driveway out of campus which will be closed off during races.

NOTE - Police will enforce No Parking on Southwest Parkway.

Parents and spectators may proceed directly to St. Andrew’s campus for parking. Overflow parking will be rerouted offsite to Regents School (3230 Travis Country Cir, Austin, TX 78735), if necessary. Spectator parking at the school will be limited. Carpooling is recommended.


Shuttle busses will be provided to remote parking at Regents School (3230 Travis Country Cir, Austin, TX 78735) from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.


Amenities:

Concessions will be open at 6:00 a.m. with drinks, coffee, breakfast tacos, and lunch items.


Signs will direct visitors to restrooms located in concession building, science wing, and near Hospitality.
