The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has given Meridian an "A" rating based on their evaluation program. We received distinctions in five areas: ELA/Reading, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Post-secondary Readiness. In addition, Meridian received a perfect 100 on our FIRST report (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas).

Of course, we all know that Meridian is much more than these scores can reflect. The district leadership and administrators are excited to create a plan for 2019-2020 which reflects more of who we are holistically. We will present the plan to our Board of Directors in November. Parents, staff, and community members are invited to attend a planning session to provide suggestions and recommendations regarding what they feel should be included in our Campus Improvement Plan. All are welcome to meet with us on Friday, October 25 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. We look forward to seeing you.
