Students registered for Meridian Volleyball Tryouts must have a valid physical form on file in order to be eligible for Tryouts. Check the status of your physical form here. If it is not valid through at least 8/10/19, you must submit an updated physical form no later than today, 8/2/19. NO EXCEPTIONS!
