Cross Country runners - Please arrive 90 minutes before your race.
Course: The course terrain is fairly flat and fast, primarily over mulch and dirt trails, but also some sidewalk. Spikes are not recommended, but racing flats will be appropriate.

Day of Event Schedule:
7:45 – 8:50 AM Course open for warm-up and walk through.
8:40 am Coaches Meeting
Rolling Starts:
9:00 am: Boys Varsity 3.1 mile
9:30 am: Boys Jr. Varsity 3.1 mile
10:00 am: Girls Varsity 2 mile
10:30 am: Girls Jr. Varsity 2 mile
11:00 am*: Boys Middle School (7th-8th) 2 mile
11:30 am*: Girls Middle School (7th-8th) 2 mile
12:00 pm: Boys/Girls Middle School (5th-6th) 2 mile
*MS races may start slightly early
