Who: For student athletes who participated in one or more season of competitive sports this school year
What: An awards ceremony to celebrate our student athletes
When: Monday, April 29 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Where: Mays Gym
Guests: There is limited space in the gym. Each student athlete may be accompanied by up to two family members.
Like the MYP and DP Awards Ceremonies honor academic achievement, the Athletics Awards Ceremony will recognize our outstanding student athletes. There will not be food or drinks at this event. You are encouraged to make arrangements with your team to meet for a celebratory dinner at another location after the ceremony.
For each student athlete who participated on a competitive sports team this season, please complete this RSVP form by Wednesday, April 24. Only one form is needed per student athlete regardless of the number of competitive seasons in which they participated this year.
Student athletes are encouraged to dress up like they would for the MYP or DP awards.
