On May 24, Meridian received STAAR End-of-Course (EOC) results with performance levels. If your student did not pass one or more EOC exams, you will/have received an email with information about summer instruction and re-test information. EOC STAARs include Algebra, Biology, English 1 & 2 and US history.
Re-taking the test during the summer is encouraged but is not mandatory. Summer EOC re-tests are scheduled June 17 - 28. If families have made plans to be out of town on the re-test dates, the next available opportunity to test will be in mid-December.
Texas Assessment Posted STAAR Results
Families will be able to retrieve student 2024 STAAR scores this summer. You can easily retrieve them using Skyward by clicking on the Texas Assessment tile for your student. The Texas Assessments Results Website link will take you directly to your student's results.
June 7: STAAR EOC (algebra, biology, English 1 & 2 and US history)
June 14: STAAR 3-8 scores (reading 3-8, math 3-8, science 5 & 8 and social studies 8)
Reminder: if you have a student who is in middle school and also took algebra, the algebra score will be posted before the grade-level tests (reading, science or social studies) tests.
