On January 24, 2019 at 6:00 pm, Meridian will hold a public hearing of its annual report, the largest component of which is the recently released 2017-2018 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR). The TAPR compiles a wide range of information on student performance. Performance measures include State of Texas Assessment of Academic Readiness (STAAR) results by grade, subject, and student group; attendance rates; college readiness; and participation in college admissions tests. Additional information is included regarding Meridian’s financial performance.
A public presentation of the results will be held on January 24, 2019 at the Meridian World School’s board meeting. The public hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Board Room located in the High School building. The regularly scheduled board meeting will follow the public hearing.
