Overview
Competitive Girls Volleyball is open to rising 7th-12th grade students. We formed six teams: Varsity, JV Beast, JV Bold, Middle School Beast, Middle School Bold, and Middle School Brave. Due to insufficient registration, the Boys Varsity Volleyball team will not form for the 2024 season.
Our Girls Varsity team is 2022 and 2023 State Runner-Up!

Friday, September 6 & Saturday, September 7 - Aggieland Tournament for Girls JV Beast and Girls Varsity. (Travel Tournament - Families should plan on arranging and providing transportation and hotel accommodations for their volleyball player and designate a responsible adult if the parent/guardian is not attending.)
Friday, September 27 - Homecoming Games
Monday, September 30 - Volleyball Senior Night!
October 10 - 17 - Area playoffs (This is during Meridian’s Fall Break. Games are possible.)
October 18 - 19 - Regional Tournament
Saturday, October 26 - State Tournament at Texas State University

Registration
Late registration was available for $104.60 starting on Wednesday, July 24 and ended at 9 p.m. on Thursday, August 1. Late registration was not available for teams with insufficient registration during the regular registration window. Those teams have been canceled for the upcoming season due to insufficient interest and registration. No registrations will be accepted after the late registration window.
Lettering & Letter Jackets
Lettering in an extracurricular activity is reserved for the highest level of participation. For Volleyball, this means Varsity Volleyball players. Visit Letter Jackets & Lettering for more information, including the 2023-2024 Lettering Requirements. The 2024-2025 Lettering Requirements will be published in September.
