Georgina Garland

Georgina joined MWS in the fall of 2018. She graduated from Baylor University with a BA in English. Although she was born and raised in Austin, she has lived in Guadalajara, Mexico, Michigan, Ohio, and New Jersey before eventually returning to the great state of Texas. Georgina began her teaching career in 1997 at Hutto ISD teaching middle school math and then moved on to Georgetown ISD in 2000. She started teaching Algebra I and Geometry at the Ninth Grade Campus and transitioned with the school as it became East View High School. Ms. Garland's experiences at Meridian Primary are helping her see a clearer picture of the vertical growth in reading and math. It is amazing!
