Stephanie Richardson

Stephanie Richardson joined Meridian in 2021 as the Human Resources Specialist. She was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas and currently resides on a farm Milano with her husband, two kids; Aubrey (class of 2029) and Bennett (class of 2035), and an array of animals (goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats). Stephanie enjoys reading, watching her kids play sports, and listening to podcasts.

She received her Bachelors of Arts in Applied Sciences with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Leadership Development from Texas State University and her Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification through HRCI. Stephanie has a passion for helping people and is eager to see where she can positively impact in the lives of others while working at Meridian.
