Ashlie Langlinais

Ashlie Langlinais (pronounced Long-luh-nay) is the Meridian Athletic Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is a South Louisiana native and moved to Austin in 2009. Ashlie has a lifelong passion for athletics and has been an avid basketball player for most of her life. She began coaching varsity girls basketball in 2018 and has experience with training and coaching at all grade levels. 


Ashlie began Athletic Coordination in 2020 in the Charter School setting and brings working knowledge of all TCSAAL rules and regulations. She has a deep commitment to youth athletics and believes that involvement in sports contributes to students’ overall personal growth and development. Ashlie has been a strong supporter of equal opportunity and access to youth sports, and has lent her voice to advocacy campaigns with TENT and Equality Texas. 


Ashlie resides in Round Rock with her wife Jennifer. They have four wonderful nieces and nephews and travel home to Louisiana to visit them as often as possible. In her free time she enjoys gardening, sneaker collecting, and attending UT women’s basketball games. Ashlie is thrilled to be joining the Meridian team and looks forward to serving the athletic and school community!
