Triple A for 2024-2025 school year


Important Dates

  • Triple A starts August 7, 2024 and ends on May 21, 2025

  • Monday – Friday: dismissal no later than 6 p.m.

  • Registration begins May 1, 2024

  • Registration ends on July 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.

  • Triple A Care will not be offered on December 19, 2024 and May 22, 2025

 

Registration, Monthly Participation, and Late Fees

  • Registration/Processing Fees: $60 for each student **Non-refundable**

  • Monthly Participation Fees: 

    • $315 for 1st student

    • $284 for each sibling

  • Meridian Employees:

    • Pay the $60 registration/processing fee per student to hold their spot

    • $200 is due for the year September 1, 2024

  • All Triple A Fees are paid via MySchoolBucks

  • Discounts available for families who qualify for free/reduced lunch on the basis of income. 

  • Late fees are assigned on the 6th of each month

 

Important Reminders:

  • Invoices for Full-time/Extended Day and Early Release Wednesday are uploaded into your MySchoolBucks account for the entire school year upon registration (10 months).

  • You have the option of setting up automatic payments to be drafted out of the debit/credit card or checking account of your choice on the 1st of each month or manually logging into your MySchoolBucks account each month and paying the monthly amount due.

  • Late payment fees of $25 per invoice are automatically assigned 5 days after the payment due date.

  • The full-time/extended day program starts at school dismissal and ends at 6 p.m., Monday – Friday.

  • Students enrolled in the full-time/extended day program receive quiet time, outdoor/indoor movement activity time, enrichment time, and snack time.

 

How to register for 2024-2025 school year


Step 1. Thoroughly review the information on this webpage and the Triple A Terms for Participation

Step 2. Pay the $60 Triple A registration/processing fee PER STUDENT by clicking here

Step 3. All steps must be complete in order to save your student's spot

 

Save your order confirmation code as it is proof of Triple A enrollment for your student. You will receive a "Welcome Email" in July once your student's participation fee is assigned for the 2024-2025 school year.

How to register for 2023-2024 school year


Triple A (K-5) registration for the 2023-2024 school year is currently closed. Contact the Triple A Manager, Kathryn Patschke, to be added to the waitlist.

 

Triple A Withdrawal Process


  • To withdraw, please complete the Triple A Withdrawal Form

  • To change from one activity to another, please first withdraw from the activity your student is leaving. Then notify the Triple A Manager of the new activity you wish to enroll in. There is no need to complete another registration form.

The Triple A Program is operated by Meridian School.
